Here are a few simple ways to keep healthy on a daily basis.
1.Oxygen and Exercise. A 20 minute walk outside daily is an excellent way to keep the body functioning.
2.Drink water all day. Fresh, pure spring, local water is the best for the body.
3.Eat organic, local produce.
4.Supplement. A good multi-vitamin with Co-Q10 and EFA’s for over 45 years.
5.Smile. We have this amazing gift of life, and as we go through the life cycle enjoy the journey!
